Company loyalty, does it work both ways? tag:www.localemploymentplanning.ca,2016:forums/viewthread/.1 2016-08-07T19:32:51Z 1970-01-01T00:00:00Z LEPC Admin Loyal employees are loyal to your company. They work hard for their pay and are committed to your company’s success. Loyal employees may someday leave, but while they work for you they do their best and often even put the company’s interests ahead of their own.

A loyal employer, on the other hand, wants to constantly ensure that employees are satisfied, feel challenged and valued in their roles and support personal and professional ambitions through all means possible.

What do you think? Does company loyalty work both ways?
